She possesses valuable experience, practical skill and knowledge in various multi-dimensional aspects of dispute resolution, whether arising in banking and finance, energy, oil and gas, tax, employment, land and family matters as well, having practiced law or over 10 years. A high performer, Josephine is able to work under pressure and ably lead the Commercial and Corporate department team, in resolving complex regulatory and transactional matters. Josephine previously worked with Murangira Kasande & Co Advocates as a legal Associateand also worked other leading law firms in Uganda including Signum Advocates and Taslaf Advocates as Senior Associate; in charge of the Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution team as well as the Employment Corporate advisory Department. During that period, she gained leadership and proactive skills in leading teams to find and ably execute legal solutions to various legal problems, be it in commercial, civil or criminal law. Josephine also advises on corporate and commercial transactions including, intellectual property rights, corporate regulatory filings and registrations, banking and finance, land and real estate.
