Murangira Kasande Vennie is the founding partner of Murangira Kasande & Co advocates and former Magistrate at the Courts of Judicature and has been running the firm and practice since 2006 to date. Vennie is currently the Managing Partner of the firm and the head of the Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department at the firm. She poses a wide experience in Dispute Resolution, Arbitration and Litigation having been part of the Judiciary for a period of 10 (ten) years serving as a Magistrate of the Courts of Judicature of Uganda before joining private practice where she has continued to practice the law. Vennie is equally a Notary Republic and a Commissioner for Oaths based on her vast experience in the legal field. Vennie possess specialized knowledge and deep understanding of the dispute resolution arena in Uganda and has also served our clients up to the Supreme Court of Uganda I both civil and criminal matters. With her wide experience and understanding of the industry, she has lead and enabled the team to grow and ably provide our clients with the best dispute resolution and litigation services and all round advice to all the clients that we serve. Vennie has excellently advised and helped various clients, both local and international in dispute resolution in the areas Land and Real Estate, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Trade and Investment, Employment and Labour, Intellectual Property, Transactional Disputes and Family disputes.
